Hot Buys - Black, Bowed, & Borrowed

The latest Hot Buys has been released! It is the black full skirt with a purple waist-defining bow. I think the skirt is cute, but it is too similar to other, older Hot Buys. At $8, it is a moderate price for Hot Buys. I think it is a good buy for Superstars who don't own the older black and purple Hot Buys skirt, because the two are so similar. My other complaint about the skirt is the black material reminds me of garbage bags. It is just too shiny!
