I thought it was interchangeable as well =)
I'm not really a fan of it, I find it a bit unflattering and not very fashionable. However, I like that it can be either a dress or a skirt.

the color is crazy and i think it's great

it says dress & then it was displayted as a skirt. i thought tht was like so weird & i tried it on both ways but dont like it so i diddnt buy it.

I'm not very big on it but it CAN be worn both ways I guess.
I luv the colour of it and the way it can be a skirt and dress but i dont really like it so I didnt buy it I dunno which way i prefer it!!!
