The HB Forever21 skirt is in the starplaza for $12sd and HELLO it's for...wait for it... NON-SUPERSTAR's!!! I really like this skirt. I think it's so cute and I can't wait to see peoples outfits. What do you think about it and yeah of course I'm doing a poll so let me know if you're wearing it IN MY GB and I'll fit in who I can.
