It seems that it's only for France, but if you're not French, you can always get it with proxy sites. For me, it was enough only to enter the cinema. I couldn't watch the movie because it said that i don't have the flash player installed ( I do), but anyway you can get the dress. Here is the site:tubetunnel.info
You know what to do: just type stardoll.com, go to magazine than cinema, check your suite and log out.
OR
1. Go to a proxy site like 123proxy.info
2. Put Stardoll.com/en/cinema in the URL bar
3. Log in to Stardoll and then Log out
4. Exit the Proxy server
5. Log in to your account and go to your suite.
The dress should be there next to your closet
