We all know what's going on with Jenna (Emorox4eva) . I feel so bad! If you can, please email Stardoll as many times as you can to get her account and so they can give back her items! support@stardoll.com
Okay as my title says there is a way other than "forgot password" to get your account back!
Save your USER ID which is found at "My Account",and if you are ever hacked send it to stardoll and you get your password back!
If you are in a case like Jenna,who probably didn't save it (not that I know of) use this way.
SUPERSTARS,you know once you purchase stardollars you receive a virtual receipt which is sent you your email. It looks like this(I of course covered my Reference Number before I get hacked,and other information aswell although I don't think they will help,I'd rather be safe):

If you still have it,then open it and use the "reference number" to get your account back.Like the USER ID send it to stardoll to get your account back.
I hope you can use this information to help your friends and yourself in the future.

I have my account back, but yes an emails to stardoll pressuring them to do what is right and give me my stuff back would be great.
Especially since I did not break any of their rules.
We have to start making stardoll be accountable. I have been hearing about many people that have not gotten their stuff back and that's not right.
What is it costing stardoll to do this. they can see the trail where the stuff is going. Just take it back..how hard is that!
We pay real money to be on this site and they should provode real customer service!
