Everyone needs to stop spending their money on stardoll. They do not care about you as customers or your account.I naively thought that they were fair and that after they realized I didn't break their rules by giving out my pass, having an easy pass or going to a cheat site etc.. that they would help me.
But NO they are a bunch of uncaring B!TCHES who only want our money. Here is what they sent to me today.
Yes that's all I got. I am just one person, but I wish everyone would realize that this could happen to them and it doesn't have to be that your account was hacked. It could be anything & stardoll just does not give a damn.Everyone should strike until they get better customer service or at some point if you haven't already..you'll be dealing with the same crap. They will not take notice until they lose money.
Unfortunately there are so many members in so many countries that I am sure this would be hard to do. People who have issues should file on ripoffreport.com or with the better business bureau. If their reputation decreases, maybe others will stand up and take notice. We all need to make our voices heard. I hope if you have a website or you speak different languages, you will tell others because this affects everyone.
I am not giving up. It may not do any good, but I will keep fighting just out of principle. I will probably not be on stardoll much anymore. My mom says that I am no longer allowed to spend money on this site. Sorry. I will let you know if that changes.

Everyone also needs to stop selling and trading things for crazy amounts. If they didn't maybe the hackers wouldn't need to steal peoples accounts in the first place all for virtual clothes.
If we won't pay that amount people won't be able to sell them for that amount.
I'm with you too, but I just wanted to say this:
you should write to them that If they don't give you your money/clothes back, you will take this to the court and then they'll have real trouble. because honestly, they are breaking the law. you paid for the things, and it wasn't your fault that their site is not secure and that they allow such things happen. That's just my opinion. Hope that helps you a little bit.

hey i know that i said this in another comment a few days ago but the people saying she could take it court are wrong. you need to loose a large amount to take it to just county court! at least $2000 or more need to have been lost or taken, whatever the case may be.

i agree i have been on stardoll for nearly a year now i no its not long compared to a lot of other members but bcuz i come soo late i had to pay ridicoulous large ammount for DKNY now i dont understand why i did...i gave like 3sms code for silly virtual crap really i have grown out of this now..and i aint been superstar for nearly 2 months cuz i fink its pointless...stardoll is a rip of and now they only offer 50sd for a £1.50 code now thats jus pathetic what can we exactly buy thats decent for 50 a month...!!!

Stardoll is completely ridiculous. They don't care about anything but their money. If they aren't supplying good service, why should we be paying them? The whole site is just one big scam. I think once this superstar membership is over tomorrow, I'm no longer buying superstar.
That message from them is such B.S. I do agree that there're thousands of users who have been there. At least on imvu they ALWAYS refund your items back with creds. In the future stardoll needs to do better, or people will start to leave. They need new management. Someone needs to take over stardoll and change some things...

The meaning of stardoll is to have fun and meet friends with diferents cultures and from diferents countrys. I change my idea after wht hapaned to Jenna, emorox4eva; i change my way how i see stardoll, im afraid to acept friend requests, since tht terrible day i never acept anyone more, we just can't trust anyone, we are in jungle, we need to look everything bc hackers are in stardoll to make our lifes miserable. How can this hapaned, inst stardoll safe, i used to have some fun and now i dont feel tht. Im so sad. If we all united we can make the diference. I hope, im very optimist and we need to do something. Stardoll is actually fun but if its not safe, theres no point. If hackers can easily access our info like that (no surprise since technology is getting better n better as I type), then who knows? They might be getting our info RIGHT NOW.

Unfortunately, because people have started to pay huge amounts of real money for these rare items, it has led to a huge demand for these items, and it has made people so desperate to get them that they will stop at nothing.
I can not believe that people are so desperate to steal them that they are creating false links, and using other similarly devious measures.
The only winners here are the stardoll bosses who sit there taking all of the money spent, they deliberately start to release fewer items now at higher prices, to create a higher demand for items, knowing that there will be a higher price paid by users.
It is absolute madness, but by paying more and more for these items, we are just giving them what they want.

Part of the fun of stardoll for me was collecting and now that is gone. I will still come on to spend time with friends, but I'm sorry to all this was unexpected. I no longer have the rares and I am no longer allowed to spend ANY money on this site.

Also you are not asking for a refund your only asking for the stuff you payed for back, so they are completely wrong, they must think were all stupid >:( greedy pigs x

And as a curious girl i get...well... curious! haha. So i tend to get surious of what happened on one of my PAST fav websites and my account which i use to love. And plus i like this website cuz instead of going on stardoll {:/} i could be curious on here. haha) But anyways... yeah i'm really happy. Cuz its hard cuz stardoll can be very addicting. But no more spending all my money on shit :) I'm through with stardoll. Plus it's changed soooo much. Raising prices, everything superstar (which idc 4 really cuz people are paying 4 a superstar membership so of course they should be getting a good deal)... but come one! Prices are so up it's so annoying in the ass! Even though i am not longer in2 this web, i feel bad for those who are. Stardoll turn from a cute girl fashion fun website into this dickhead web. I think stardoll is being really dumb about lots of stuff. It is their website, their project, their baby - if they care about it, they care about their users. Simple as that. Yet, they are not treating paying customers with the respect and courtesy they deserve.
Not going to lie though, I'm disappointed about the fate of the prizes haha. I've only ever been superstar once before, when Dinahdoll gave me a code. It was a ton of fun for me, and I was looking forward to receiving my Barbie prize and having a chance to experience what y'all are complaining about. I simply can't afford to make myself superstar, so I'm pretty jealous of those who are =)
But I can see where Jenna and everyone else is coming from. I can't imagine how much it would suck to spend money on the site and to be treated like crap in return. Stardoll needs a serious facelift.
And HELLS YES about the selling for crazy amounts. Seriously, I see the posts for rares and hotbuys and it seems unreal. I can't believe the lengths people will go to just to own a dress or shirt. Wow!

Well about a month ago, i stopped being a superstar. yeah, its hard cos you cant buy any of the new clothes in starplazaa ect.
I was scammed out of 800 stardollars before.
Its so addicting, and i really want to stop coming on the site but its hard too stop.
Im kinda addicted to my laptop now. My mum says my life revoles around it. :/
And if stardoll aint doing anything about you being hacked jenna, then i would seriouley leave. Best of luck anyway, hopefully stardoll will changee their ways.

I have been watching the alleged hacker... sweetgirlicious/klifford.tiamo...I now notice that klifford.tiamo has been deleted...dont know if it is by stardoll or by the hacker themselves...but I notice a user lala.skizzo at your page a few times recently Jenna and also at sweetgirlicious page and now I see she suddenly has the Kylie lottery dress yet the account was only opened in March 09...I think this is the account where some of your clothes have been moved onto

I think you should tell your mum to report at least lalla.skizzo name to stardoll...it may be better to try to do it without her knowing though... before this girl gets the chance to move these stolen items again though
