Everyone needs to stop spending their money on stardoll. They do not care about you as customers or your account.I naively thought that they were fair and that after they realized I didn't break their rules by giving out my pass, having an easy pass or going to a cheat site etc.. that they would help me.
But NO they are a bunch of uncaring B!TCHES who only want our money. Here is what they sent to me today.
Yes that's all I got. I am just one person, but I wish everyone would realize that this could happen to them and it doesn't have to be that your account was hacked. It could be anything & stardoll just does not give a damn.Everyone should strike until they get better customer service or at some point if you haven't already..you'll be dealing with the same crap. They will not take notice until they lose money.
Unfortunately there are so many members in so many countries that I am sure this would be hard to do. People who have issues should file on ripoffreport.com or with the better business bureau. If their reputation decreases, maybe others will stand up and take notice. We all need to make our voices heard. I hope if you have a website or you speak different languages, you will tell others because this affects everyone.
I am not giving up. It may not do any good, but I will keep fighting just out of principle. I will probably not be on stardoll much anymore. My mom says that I am no longer allowed to spend money on this site. Sorry. I will let you know if that changes.
