DAY 1
Starting off New York Fashion Week is BCBGMAXAZRIA, with a fabulous collection full of flowing movement with 5 AM by Kwamie Liv as soundtrack.
We can see pastels are back for good, combinated in floral prints and subtle patterns. No doubt there's some inspiration coming from traditional kimonos and its prints.
The key to BCBGMAXAZRIA looks are mid length skirts, ankle boots with metal heels and cut out backs.
The two beauties Shay Mitchell from Pretty Little Liars and Jamie Chung from Once Upon A Time were sitting on the front row. And their outfits were amazing!
You can watch the runway video here.
Everyone knows that Desigual = fun. I don't know how popular this brand is worldwide, but I can assure you there's a store in every corner all around Barcelona! Their fashion shows are known by their crazy patterns, informal feeling (smiles, throwing kisses, winks, awkward dances... you must watch here) and Victoria's secret models. Adriana Lima was, of course, the star of this show.
NYFW 2013 New Designer to watch Marissa Webb happens to be a style icon herself. J.Crew's ex-Head of Women's Design and currently Creative Director of Gap Inc and Executive Vice President of Design for Banana Republic is relatively new to the NYFW scene, but her classic designs are making a huge impact. Judge yourself:
DAY 2
Rebecca Minkoff didn't disappoint as well, joining the pastel trend. Elegant and silky designs accesorized with tassels clutches and floppy hats are the main attraction. This collection also included some outfits to wear on a night out (they represented that by literally turning the lights off...) click here to see the fashion show including a live performance of Little Daylight.

DAY 3
Starting the day with a very colorful collection was Mara Hoffman. The collection, full of all kinds of prints, included some swimwear too. Wide leg pants, cut out dresses and caps are the key for next summer outfits!
With some amazing bodycon dresses as always, Hervé Léger by Max Azria found inspiration in Japan. And well, sparkly embroidered dresses to die for are present too. You must check the full collection here, all the outfits were amazing!
It's not really difficult to recognize Alexander Wang's designs. The minimalistic and futuristic feeling was very present with this new collection full of masterpieces. Let's see what he's planning for his collaboration with H&M...
