I think the penthouse is too expensive, even if you can win 100 sd which would compensate the price..
But I'll be glad to judge the comp!
And I don't really see me decorating someone else's penthouse. :P

The interior is an apartment from Newy York,there is a romantic-chic corner and the rest is just simple and chic.
For the balcony i made a party room for close friends and it's a great place to relax,but you can also have some drinks while you are in the jacuzzi:)
