These auctions are to not only help replenish competition money, but allow you the opportunity
to get some wanted items for a good price. :)

The starting bid is $2. Maximum bid is obviously $600sd as per Stardoll Rules, but I don't expect anything to be anywhere near that price. Whatever it goes for, it goes for :)
So anyway, its an opportunity to benefit the blog comps and also get something you might want at a cheap price.
THE WAY IT WILL WORK: I plan to post several of these items everyday for a limited time. I will make a post and then also make a comment with a pic of each item . If you are interested in that item simply comment with your bid and Stardoll name. I will update the highest bid as often as possible.
Please try to reply to my comment, not others. That way the highest bid should be at the top. Thanks!
At the end of the night, the person with the highest bid will win the item.
The winners will be announced the following day.

Yeah, it's kind of sad that not everyone will be able to bid. Perhaps it would be better to end the auction at the same time when it started but the next day? Or at least a time when more people can come online? Something more like 7 PM GMT, those who are +1 GMT or +2 GMT or so on won't have a big problem coming on, and those who are -4 GMT will come in the morning!
Plus, I think it would be easier if the time zones would be written in GMT because those who don't use the USA EST and whatever time tables are just confused.

I am in USA. I have to go by my time table. I can't accomodate all time zones. This is why we have time zone converters. The best I can do is maybe leave it open 24 hrs but I am not sure that will help either as other people in other parts of the world will still have the same issues as it will always be ending while someone is sleeping or in school etc..
I really love the idea! And I think it is fair to not allow user to bid or ask for stuff just to resell. I am a reseller myself, but I will only bid/ask for stuff I really want to keep and wear/use. I also might consider donating some stuff, as I have lots of stuff that can be only sold in starcoins and I do not need those coins.

No sorry Sofia. This is really only to try and help people who don't have the items and would like a chance to get them for a cheap price etc. I prefer that they not have the items at all, so people can have the chance to own them.
