Sulaf Fawakherji born in July 27, 1977. Sulaf is a prominent syrian film, TV actress and has a college degree in archaeology from Damascus University. She started in 1985 at 8 years old in the series Aldunia Mudhek Mubki. Her second stage of acting started in 1996 during college years in the film Alterhal. Saluf has played many roles on Syrian soap operas and also studied art and sculpture at Adham Ismail Fine Arts Institute before starring on stage in plays including Al-Sawt, Hekayat and in many syrian series like Thikrayat AlZaman AlQadem and Muluk Al Tawaef. She was one of the torchbearer during the Omani leg of the 2008 Summer Olympics torch relay. According to her fans she is the most beautifull actress in the Arab world in nowdays and has been compared with elizabeth taylor for her mysterious beauty.
