I am really tired of the rude comments whenever I announce a winner..calling me bad names and saying that I didn't check their entries or the same people are picked or whatever!1st of all- WE ALWAYS CHECK EVERYONE!!! As long as you sign up in the right place and your entry is there by the comp end date. If you post late NO you will not be checked. We have dead lines for a reason. Life is the same way..if you are late you miss out. It's a good lesson.
2nd-We pick who we think is best. If you didn't win..maybe you should put a little more effort into your entries. Idk, but obviously everyone can't win and I do my best to spread it out, but when someone is an obvious winner...they win!!
3rd-For the cover girl comp..I was not the judge as I stated, but I did look at them ALL myself. So whiners...yes I saw all the entries.
NOTE: Many times you will not see me personally go to your page as I sometimes search peoples name on google and view it without logging in, view it from another account like Jennarox4eva. This is because I get too many messages on my account and it's easier/faster for me this way. Also, often one of our other judges may judge the comp for me. SO..you can not go by Emorox4eva visiting your suite.
LAST- Your anonymous comments mean nothing to me. They will never get posted so..what's the point and this is the last attention I will give it. If you have something negative you want to say to me then stop being a WUSS, state your stardoll name and speak up.
Of course if you don't like my comps the simplest solution is.. DO NOT compete or go have your own comps with your own money...OR better yet go compete in stardoll comps where you will have such a better chance of winning. LOL.
Anyway, I hold these comps to make stardoll more interesting for ALL of us and to give more of us chance to win stardollars and be superstars. It is a lot of work that sometimes makes me feel burnt out (like now). It not something I have to do and the prizes are not something I owe anyone..
Obviously this is not to the majority of you. Sorry you had to read my tirade, but sometimes the name calling gets to an extent where I need to speak up. Thank you to those who have good attitudes here and understand what it takes to do this. You are the reason I keep it going.

i have seen people do this and i think they are truley ungrateful for such an awsome blog...! not every one can win a competion..just wait, one day mabey u'll get lucky and win somen awsome

I understand that there are always many entries.
And, yes, you are having very difficult time visiting all people who have entered.
And I admit that sometimes when I am not on the poll, or in the comp, I'm a kinda angry, but on myself, and I don't write bad comments and signing as anonymous.
I know cause sometimes in my club when I am holding a competition in which can't participate many members. And when someone is not accepted for comp, they(not many) are mad at me and they make other dolls and complain about me and my judging.

Some people do this and take me for example.. I have joined many comps in this blog and I have won well non... I still respect the people who won and the one who picked then because maybe I wasn't the best... You just gotta move on and keep trying
People like that should just not come to your blog. & It would be hard to choose winners.

i think you do a great job with the blog and i'm guessing it takes up a great deal of your spare time... just a suggestion that maybe you should nominate an award to the most poilte/courteous member of the month and/or post their names on the blog??? sounds random but it might encourage the rude ones to think before they post:D

I so agree and those ppl are so rude! The comps are awesome, and the winners (judging by their entries) ALWAYS deserve it. They put in time and effort so if u just throw in some things and expect to win, u are SADLY MISTAKEN!
So those people: just don't compete if u hate the decision making so much.

Personally Jenna, I think the way you run this blog and the competitions are fantastic.
To those concerned -
I myself went a long time without winning anything, and although it is easy to feel bitter and disappointed, instead of whining and complaining, put all your efforts into doing your best at the next competitions - after months of trying, I won non-superstar member of the month and in a few weeks I will be superstar, all thanks to Jenna. She hold's so many competitions and polls, if people just put a little extra effort in and compete with the right attitude, it is very likely you will be rewarded soon enough.
Thanks to bad attitudes, we have already seen our comments having to be approved. It would be a real shame that due to the same people, that in the future we would have to stop the competitions too.
So please, just keep trying hard with the comps, and stay positive :D
Thankyou to the blog writers and owner once again - it does make it more interesting, and I look forward to future competitions.
