Cycle 3 Task 1: Pageant World

Hi y’all!

This cycle is going to kick off with Task 1! Everyone who completes this task has a chance of continuing in cycle. Last time, everyone who completed the Task was able to continue. Depending on the number of folks who join will depend on if there is a limit for how many can move on. After this task, there will be no elimination, similar to how things were done in the last cycle.

This Cycle is a little different as it will be solely hosted on SMW, meaning the judges will come from here and the participants will be from here. I wanted to try something new out.

Because we are in full MSW swing, I thought it would be a good idea to have a MSW themed first task:

Pageant World

As most of you know by now, Miss Stardoll World is in full swing right now! People are running to achieve that purple crown along with Stardoll fame. I thought it would be a good idea to bring the spirit in this first Task.

For this first task I want you to create the perfect pageant look for someone who would be running for MSW. This must be a formal look. You should NOT just put on a dress and make that your look. Step outside of the box and create a dress using layering of different items.

On top of creating a dress I want you to create a 3 to 5 sentence 'acceptance speech'. I want you to explain to the judges why you want to compete in this competition, what is something you are passionate about and what you think about the MSW competition.

You will be graded on: A formal ball gown look (10 pts) and an acceptance speech including the things listed above (10 pts).

This task will close next Saturday, October 26th at 11:59PM EST. 

At that time a poll will go up and the next task will be posted. Feedback will be sent to everyone within the following days.
