The HB Ruffle Dress is out! It costs $21sd, which means that it's SS only. I think the whole system's rather confusing...the prices are exactly the same as before--and we only get $40sc's per day. How are we meant to buy anything?!? If anyone knows who's inspired it, post it in comments please [:
