Everyone who completed the last task can continue! Your scores will updated here by the end of Tuesday! I will try to post a poll by the end of tomorrow!

Remember, there will be NO ELIMINATIONS, however you must complete each task on time in order to be able to do the next task.

Now for the second task...

Task 2: Marvel Hero

For those who don't know, the actor who played Black Panther, Chadwick Boseman, passed away Friday. As I currently sit here and watch Black Panther I thought it would be a great idea to have a Marvel Themed Task. For this task, you must pick a Marvel Character (superhero, side kick, or supporting character) and using the COLORS of either their superhero uniform, you must create an outfit. For instance, Iron Man would be Red/Gold/Black and the HULK would be Green/Black/Purple. Please include a picture of your superhero so judges can easily see who you are talking about.

I will try to make an example for this by Tuesday! You will be graded on the following things:

- Color : Did you stick to the primary colors found in their uniforms? Do the colors go with one another? Did you minimize the use of other colors? (10 pts)

-Complexity: Did you do more than just put a top and bottom together? Did you step outside fo the box? (10pts)

-Cohesiveness: Do the pieces you choose flow together well? Are some bulky on the doll? Do the colors go well together? (10pts)

-Judges Choice: Would the judge grading wear these outfits?? (10pts)

-Did you put what superhero you used AND include a picture for judges?? (5pts) You can use any doll you want, just be sure to give them credit. Cycle: Task 1

Hi y'all!
This is the first task of the cycle! Each task will be different and must be completed by their due date and time.

There are a host of judges this round, aside from myself, including: Jane (lolitka1444), Amber (orpul-is-me9), Rachael (CoolRachael), Paraaaaa, and VivianIvy.

I'm 99% sure I'm not missing anyone who asked to judge.

Similar to previous Cycle’s, a poll will be taken for a ‘people’s choice award’ each week. The winner will receive 100SD. There will be NO ELIMINATIONS, however you must complete each task on time in order to be able to do the next task.

Now for the first task...

Task 1: Famous Food Combos!

So I've done this one in the past but it is a favorite because it allows for you to mix and match colors and textures! For this task, you must pick ONE of the combos below and create TWO different outfits. The combos are:

-Peanut Butter & Jelly -Bacon & Eggs -Apples & Oranges -Salt & Pepper -Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup -Peanut Butter & Chocolate -Lime & Coconut

-Chocolate & Strawberries

-Mango & Lime -Peas & Carrots -Coke & Peanuts

New Archive Release and Competition (Closed)

We finally have gotten a new release this week and it is an Archive collection. It's a fairly large release and seems to be quite popular with everyone. It's a collection of several older graphic pieces with some striking patterns and shapes. What do you think of this collection? Have you broken the bank scooping up these items? Have any of these been on your WL for a long time?

Cycle Sign-Ups!

Hi y'all!

This cycle should last for about 5 weeks with there being 5 tasks each, and each task lasting for 6 days, with a day being left to judge and post the next task.

As of right now, there isn't a theme but any ideas for tasks or themes are welcomed!

Anime Cosplay Contest

In honor of this year's Callie Con theme, I thought we would have a little Anime themed contest of our own. Your challenge is to create an outfit based on your favorite anime character. There are tons of anime out there to choose from. If you don't know any, you can use this opportunity to do a little research and learn about something new. :D

Here's my attempt at an Asuna cosplay from Sword Art Online :D

RULES:

-Create an Anime inspired outfit

-Show your entire outfit, please do not crop it

-Can use scenery to create

-Please include your username

-Can use Starplaza

-Minimum 15 entries

-Time limit: 2 weeks; I'm unsure if we will receive any collections that could help us in this challenge so I'm making the timeline pretty flexible :)
