I like a few stuff, the khaki jacket, the white skirt,the black kaftan and the hat and scarf. But overall I don't like it, mostly because of the graphics looking a bit flat and the beachwear feel.

ReplyDeleteSwimwear items? Impressive, someone's finally acknowledged the Southern Hemisphere... Oh, well I doubt that's it but it's nice to see some Summer related items so close to Summer here. The prices look reasonable enough. I'm no longer Royalty though, and I barely use Stardoll anymore so there's no point in me buying anything.

ReplyDeleteI'm not a fan of this collection. I was never a fan of beachwear in Stardoll, maybe it's the fact that I'm not a huge fan of beaches in real life. And well, I think the graphics has this shiny look on them (similar to fever, and last year's MSW shop), making them look like plastics (and thus, rather cheap). This is definitely a downgrade from last collection (which I adore, btw). But that's just a one girl's opinion. Some people actually make great looks with them, so kudos to them.

These are pretty cute, I do like the last collection better, I am a fan of all of the clothing in the royalty store (Stardoll does this purposefully haha) But I do think these are more spring wear than winter. The brown jacket and the long white dress is amazing <3

It IS spring in some parts of the world, you know.

I have to agree, there's so much weirdly shiny stuff made by stardoll. It looks less realistic, more like something a Polly Pocket might wear.

ReplyDeleteThis collection has some really bad graphics and amazingly enough it also has excellent graphics - it's like two different graphic designers made this collection.
ReplyDeleteThe talented designer who made the Pucci prints and all the appliques in the clothes and that cute little "thing" with the wings u can find on the Galdiator Sandals, the Kaftans and that gorgeous Suede Bag :)
And then, this incredibly talentless dude that "tried" to design something to resemble clothes - most of them don't even fit properly, crotches cut straight, strangely shaped shoes, a jacket that looks like it is made of cardboard...and I could go on but it's already 5am.
Pitty, the collection has some promissing items but they r ruined by tremendous bad work or by someone who just didn't care...!
