HB CHENILLE ROMPER RELEASED! WHO WORE IT BETTER?


The HB Chenille Romper is out! Selling for $22. Boy are these HB's getting expensive or what? I know this has been the norm for awhile, but geez...

We are going to cut down the amount of polls we have for several reasons, but I love seeing what you guys do with the HB's! It helps me decide if I want to buy them or not :)

So..... This time it's up to you guys whether we have a poll. Feel free to share your look in comments and if we have enough, we will do a poll for $50sd.

    I think polls for HotBuys should only happen when an item is truly versatile. Also introduce a new criteria where if a poll doesn't garner X amount of votes in the time allocated, no award will be given?

    I did tried to make an outfit. Only I could imagine was this...
    I somehow like that there are many polls, but I have a feeling, that it keeps down the interest. Thou lately I have had less to do a work, so it means I have a little time for stardoll everyday, it's never enought take part in all of them. Voting takes time, because I really love how great outfits can be made out of pieces, that I would never dare to style and so on

    I like the romper but it is really hard to style it, I left it by itself only adding some accessories, maybe someone can think on something more creative to do with it :)

    This one was quite hard to style, but I'm happy with what I came up with!


    There was a very fine line between boring, and too many accessories, but I think I managed to pull it off. :)

    I think you should keep the polls and prizes! Maybe not have all prizes as big as $50? Maybe you could award a Wishlist item instead for smaller polls?
    I think they're so much fun, and it's so cool to see everyone else's outfits!!


    Obviously if money is a problem for you, don't spend it on us.
    I'm just saying that these polls and comps shouldn't go. It's what attracted me to this site, and it has made stardoll fun again. :)

    Here's my entry! I thought it was going to be really difficult to style this because of the big sleeves but once I found that jacket to go with it the rest of the outfit was done within a few minutes and i ended up loving the result! :) It has made me consider if adding this romper to my wishlist...     I understand this (I have followed the blog from very early on) but i feel as if there is a large amount of the active following who simply refuse to vote or will not do so. I'll admit i am a silent follower but i will vote on the polls as that is how prizes are given. I feel there is those who will not vote simply as their outfit was not picked or they do not like the people involved in the vote and these people are those that must be targeted to vote otherwise people will miss out. If prizes were not given out for votes not reaching a "Vote level" this may force those who silently and refuse to vote.


    Ofcourse we are all human so this might backfire.

    I like the sleeves if you are going to wear the dress plain, but if you want to use a cardi or any thing over it, they're a pain because they show :(

    No its not the money, however I do want to try and budget what I spend on comps because sometimes it gets out of hand. It's more because there are so many and I do not have much time. It can be a bit time consuming to put the polls together so often. It also seems a struggle these days to get people to enter.
