The HB Sparkle Dress is out in Starplaza.

I think this dress is really cute. It was one of the items I was most excited to see released as it is inspired by Betsey Johnson. Now that being said, I really am not sure how much I would wear it or how easy it will be to style.

 I do think it is quite high, selling at 26sd.
