But where the hell are all the other countries? ??
Like no New Zealand? No Indonesia? No China? And you can't tell me there weren't enough dolls to enter. I see more Chinese dolls than almost any other!
Loosing to someone else is fine. Or "top 50 countries" would make sense. But not even 25 are up there. There's so few, why are we bothering with semis? Why not go straight to the finals???
I couldn't agree with u more! The selection of countries made by Stardoll baffels me. Picking up at your examples, excluding countries like New Zealand and Indonesia is awfully strange - countries with wide internet access and population to match not being included makes no sense to me!
I also don't know why China and Japan are not present - with these countries I will refrain from commenting cuz I'm not aware of Stardoll's performance in these markets!?
South America is made of 14 countries, only 4 r represented: Venezuela, Brasil, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, why???
Question? What ever happened to Ireland???
But most importantly and with the exception of Algeria and Egypt - where is the rest of the African Continent?Does this mean that in countries like Angola, Kenya, Uganda , Sudan(...) South Africa r denied the pleasure of playing Stardoll? *eye-roll*+*shoulder shrug*=*dubious side-eye*
Aeeeee congrats! <3 MSW is not easy to work with. I agree that there should be more countries added. I also feel like there should be waaaayyy more rounds in MSW but alas, congrats to those who made it!
With no offense to anyone, But where is Jenna? If you saw her, Please send me a pic :'D I want to see all in "Finalist" She really worked hard. Amazing look Sofia! Congratulations to all who are there! ♥
Thank you Ana :) It was a great surprise seeing that I was a semi finalist as I did not campaign, I only returned the votes I received in my GB as you know I was busy in real life. I am starting to put my life in order but it will take some time to adjust everything again after 2 months away from home. I don't think I will be the finalist from Brazil, there are dolls in the semi finals who are doing big campaigns, so like the song say: "Que sera sera, whatever will be, will be; The future is not ours to see. Que sera sera, what will be, will be", lol, I am singing it right now, LOL
Whoever decided we didn't deserve it was obviously not looking hard enough! Egypt is certainly a large part of the market and yet, how is it not up there????
Congratulations to all that made it to the semi finals!! I really miss Jenna there representing USA and I also miss the categories that includes the other countries such as "Europe", "Asia", "Africa" and "South America". A lot of talented dolls are not n the semi finals because there is not this category anymore. I really feel sad for this :(
Oooooh look, you mentioned me aww :D Congrats to everyone who passed! I'm so happy I got through again, 2nd year in a row. Maybe this year I'll represent Croatia *wishful thinking* lol
I couldn't agree more with you guys on the country issue. It's strange to think that last year I was angry that my country was put in the "Europe" category with only a single representative and this year I'm furious that there is no loner at least that much! And I didn't even campaigned this time around (I've never been happier about my decision, by the way!), I can't imagine how the other people are feeling - they've put so much time, effort and even money only to be utterly ignored come the Semi-finals!
Stardoll should have thought that trough, or failing that they could've at least had the decency to warn us in advance about the changes they were making. But that would've meant less money spent on advertising in countries with smaller Stardoll population.
Congratulations to everyone who made it through! I have to agree with the comments below, Jenna should have been in. Generally the contest has many problems that need to be fixed. The rules must be more clear and that whole country semi finalists thing is obviously not working. I'm glad i don't participate in it.
Thanks for adding me in the post,I really can't believe I got through :)) Now I can say I didn't wasted a year of preparing for nothing :') Let's get to the Finals now, haha!
Congratulations! I am so happy for all of you semi-finalists!!
