ReplyDeleteIf you use a USA manual proxy and visit the design link, you can create those designs no matter where you live [:
ReplyDeleteYou can use "http://webwarper.net/ww" It works for my friend and she can design with this proxy! ut i think,it only works with Internet Explorer !
