UNDAMYUMBRELLLA HACKED!!!

EVERYONE! My best friend Kasia, (UNDAMYUMBRELLLA), had her account hacked today.
****UPDATE!!!!
Kasia got her account back into her posession, but now what should she do!? Does anyone have any advice on securing the account so the hacker cannot get back on?!?!?

    If The hacker changed the e-mail Undamyumbrella will get a message in her e-mail to restore her e-mail address to her original one.If the hacker didnt change the e-mail the click 'forgot password'
    but i have a feeling that this isn't real.

    My friend's friend once wanted to steal the account.
    Unfortunately I can't give her a nickname and my nick also I doesn't want to give.
    I'm not sure whether she stole this account,
    on stardoll is a lot of hackers..

    Change the e-mail. And the pass of course. For safety precautions, make the pass something personal, like surnames mixed with friends names and numbers.

    You should make the account on "Safe or Child mode" and that way no-one can change anything.Also tell her that she should make an account SS and transfer her rares into it (If she has any).

    Change her password [obviously]!
    Then contact Stardoll with the reference number from your E-Receipt (SS Only) for proof that it's yours. If they've changed her email, tell her to go to her email account and she'll have a message asking her if she wants to change it back. :]

    Yeah, monopoly08 WAS hacked, and whoever hacked her tried to trade accounts with me *shudded*
    I could of been scammed too!
    Ive been hacked before [on a diffo account] and hated it!

    AND Ive been accused of hacking, but the girl apologised and said it was a mistake.

    I know what to do! @ change your password on every account you use. b) change your email so that know can change your password and c) if you find out who the person was report and block him/her,,,,

    i know how to c hange your pass 1. go to my account and click on settings 2. there is a link that says change password then u do it!

    Well, to secure the account, change your password! That's the main thing. Also, to be on the safe side change your email address, because if she has that, she can change your password.

    Remove, block, report and delete the person who did it, if you know who.

    CHANGE YOUR STARDOLL PASSWORD AND CHANGE YOUR EMAIL PASSWORD AND ALSO IF U NOE WHO IT WAS REPORT THEM AND IM No.1.Finest and LOLWatevaOMG ON STARDOLL
