Stardoll Cheats Us?

Hey people :D
If you read my last post,
You'll know that Stardoll promised some users (including me) free superstar all day TODAY.
I logged in today, i was non-superstar.
I tried logging in through the link in my e-mail but it still didn't work
& a couple of other users also told me it didn't work for them either :O
Did anyone else have the same problem? :/
& If so,
I'm going to complain to stardoll.

    Stardoll sux ! What big joke. Actually I'm SS so I don't know but i think it's a big mistake from stardoll :(

    I didn't even receive the e-mail for my spare account and my sister didn't get it too... I guess it's not for all countries...
    But lying - this is the worst part ever...

    It also didn't work for me!! That's really mean. My little sisters became a member of Stardoll 2 months after me, and when she signed in she got a free outfit and one day free SS.
    I really hoped I could be SS once...

    I contacted stardoll and they havent replied! I was getting all exsited to buy a ss outfit and some make-up as I hve been saving for ages!

    I logged into my non-ss account today and I wasn't ss, too! That's like with the McQueen dress! Almost all users did the survey and no one got the dress! U-N-F-A-I-R!!!

    That's awful! :( You know...I really hope it wasn't some hoax from a hacker site or something =s like if you logged in through the link in the email and entered your password and stuff. Dx If you did, take precautions and change your password now!!

    Well i wrote to stardoll and their answer was to click on the Update now button in the mail, but hello? There's no Upgrade now button!!! That so unfair :(

    @princess_17, .emma.x and everyone complaining about McQueen dress.

    Technically, Stardoll didn't lie. I have the McQueen dress. To receive:

    1. Contact them asking why you haven't received it. Odds are you'll receive some kind of automated message.

    2. Contact them again. I basically told them that I applied 2 times. Once from reading on this blog, and second when I personally got the dollmail. Tell them to check their records for your name with the EXACT spelling you gave in survey, and names of others who didn't get it..

    3. Send. I didn't get a reply to this message, but found the McQueen dress in a gift box in my suite.

    I mean, so many comments say it all... there must have been a mistake, I'm not saying stardoll are lying, but obv. they've had some kind of problem with this. Hopefully they'll send us another e-mail and make it work for another day (wouldn't mind if it was for MORE than one day either ;D)

    Well stardoll is in a different time zone than a lot of us, maybe wait and see until tomorrow and then if it still doesn't work then complain to stardoll.

    They didn't actually mean you were a ss for the day. They meant that you could use the 20sd for the day. Still, it's pretty stupid :(
