I think theres definitely going to be a pool theme because that crocodile is one of those blow-up ones with the handles that you swim with (or pretend to attack your little sister with...)

and the person jumping in.. its interesting and cool.. but you have to have a swimming pool to get it really, which is a bit of a rip off as there quite expensive :/

I really like the gold art piece. It's really pretty, and it's a classy conversation starter. Definitely something that a high class New York socialite would want on their patio.
The one thing that I would change about this whole theme that I noticed (being a perfectionist) is the uneven skyline. Haha.

seems to be interesting, btu i didnt buy the penthouse, because 149$ was too expensive, but i'm sure, i wont buy it cause now its more expensive (249$) and its just a waste of money through...
