We have one more comp on Stardoll is Friends Contest, you just need to do a creative scenery. There will be several winners and the prize is to receive stardollars. I like these comps even if we dont win it's a way to have some fun and use our imagination.
That seems like a simple comp to do, I might enter just to have a chance at winning. Plus you can earn Starpoints while doing it(:

It's good for many people, but not for me. Because stardoll don't let me make sceneries. I can't add items or anything!
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, I don't really like these Stardoll competitions, beacause most of times (not always, of course) the winners aren't picked beacause they were the best. For exemple the Alexadre McQueen comp. (that you would win that red dress), the winners were kindda picked based on they're user names (I think you remember that). That's why I rarely participate on these comps. I've lost all hope :/

ReplyDeleteI think these comps can get a bit repetitive always with making scenerys. They should have different ideas for comps.
ReplyDeleteAnd just one more thing. I know you want more comments on the blog but I find it a bit annoying when somebody keeps posting their comments in 2 or 3 consecutive comments when it would all fit into one. It is quite obvious this is just to get on top of the top commenters list for prizes.
I don't want to offend anybody I just think it would be fairer this way for everybody. Thanks

ReplyDeleteI agree I like these comps too. I'm pretty sure they just choose the winners at random, lol. But it's still fun to participate. Most of my sceneries have been for comps like this.

I agree with Jay.Pattinson- the sceneries that are usually just a jumble of medolls. Either an elite wins just for being an elite or they give it to a random person. I do like these comps though, i like showing my creativity through a structured theme.

sd_is_da_best why u say tht, wht happaned 2day was tht stardoll release the spoilers not all at da same time, i did the best i can, n dont like to mix things. There is also more writers but it seems nobody is online 2day n i am so i did the posts, at least i do sometin to the blog be updated so the followers have sometin to read.

Does anyone remember the DKNY comp from a couple of years ago where you won a DKNY dress for doing a 'creative' scenery? I won a dress, and plenty of people did too, so there are some winners :)

One time I won in the stardoll magazine... And I just made mine super simple and not very pretty...
In the mcqueen contest, one girl even dressed the dolls NAKED and still one !
Although I think it's nice of them to give out stardollars :)
