I'm glad that you made this rule, Jenna. It doesn't seem fair if someone makes top commenter just because they post what could be one 3 sentence comment in 3 different consecutive posts. I agree it should be quality that counts, not quantity.
coolgirl_1412 if you are making legitimate comments or responses to people that's ok. I;m talking about the people who are just breaking up their comments so they can make multiple posts or just saying things for no reason etc..

I've also noticed this; it kinda frustrates me that people are doing ridiculous things to get onto the most commented list. I'm pretty sure you didn't come up with this idea to get your blog spammed with unnessary comments.
