You can get a free waterballon (or is it a buoy?) and...water. Well, splashing water.
I don't really know why is it for but the splashing water will probably come in handy for a special effect or something.
UPDATE :
Appatently there is a tradition in Poland that on every Easter Monday (also called Wet Monday - Smigus-Dyngus or Lany Poniedzialek ) you can get wet where ever you go! You're actually allowed to throw water on others and they can't get mad, since it's just a tradition. So...if you do have to go out...I would have some dry clothes with me, heh. (thanks Supperstarvanni)
Anyways, here is how you get it (credits : The stardoll insiders)
If you're from Poland, you will get them automaticly.
Or
Use a Polish proxy:

But I'm not 100% sure about the safety of the proxies so...
If you know a manual proxy, let us know in the comments!
In Poland, there is a tradition you make wet his friends at Easter.
