Hotbuys Shoulder Chain Belt Released!

The Hotbuys Shoulder Chain Belt is released in the Starplaza! The thing I like about it is that it gives that edgy, rocker vibe to outfits, sort of like the D.I.Y Shoulder Pads everyone used to wore last time.
