THE CHAT IS NOT WORKING

Hello everyone, its been a while, i didn't had time to write because of school.
When i log Stardoll today i found this on my page:

"The chat isn't working perfectly right now, we are working to fix it as soon as possible."


Stardoll Staff must be joking, i already wrote 3 times complain about this problem; and now they ask for more time.
What is ur opinion, im more than a month with my chat without working.

    Ahh... My chat only sometimes is working. And When I write -Hi! Whats up.? :))) - I get the same answer ! And it happens really often :(

    i wouldnt no because i dont chat to people often! but stardoll does need alot of fixing up and new things to make it exciting again!!

    Yep same. My chat hasn't been working right since they changed it and I don't like it being on all the time..because people contact me, but they can't see if i respond and it's a pain.

    Don't know, haven't noticed, but I don't use the chat actually ..
    I'd prefer if we had the window to choose if we want to chat or not..

    yeah!! it so anoyying! for a while , sometimes i say hii and i get the same answer back!!! i thought peopel were trying to annoy me!!

    Yes it says that to me to...
    but i don't really chat on -chat soo..i don't really know what's the problem with it.=/
    But i don't like it that stardoll made it always On..

    My chat haven't been worked since they updated their chat system.
    Sometimes it doubles what I've written but other times - when I start conversation - it just turns off -___-

    So I kind of don't use it anymore.

    Yeah i have the same problem! Thanks for posting about this! I thought it was just me! People's names would be on my list but when I visit them it would say they hadn't ben online for 6 hours or something! thank you! :)

    I just noticed that mine says that today :O
    The only thing that bothers me, is that it stopped opening that message to turn chat on and off. Prolly because I have pop-ups blocked though :o

    Mines Is The Exact Same, But It`s Been Like For A While Now. It Doesn`t Really Bother Me Because I Don`t Chat To My 'Friends' On Stardoll Anyway. I Only Chat To The Real Friends!

    My messages never went through. They showed up on my screen, but not my friends' screens.

    I also don't like that it shows up as a cursor (Like a letter I)

    Yeah, stardoll chat is REALLY crappy, always was, always will be. Its ALWAYS less than perfect, what are you talking bout, Stardoll?

    I keep getting problems...

    I noticed that when I am talking to my friends, I am asking them loads of questions but she keeps writing HELLO? Are you there? I don't think she gets my messages
