Kohls Comp Winner

This was hard because a lot of the outfits were similar, so I went with people that really just popped or made the collection their own.

The winner is Mishka1997
Her outfit looked cute and chic. Loved the whole combo.
2nd place: Cherries648. I really thought she worked her own unique style. It's not really my thing, but I found myself saying yeah I kinda like it!lol.
