If any of you are members of my aunts old club Sparkle_Magazne then you know what this is..While I was judging the Cover Girl Comp, I noticed that there are so many beautiful medolls out there. It reminded me of the Ms. Sparkle pageant my aunt use to hold and I talked to her and she is going to help me revamp it and with the prize, since it's pretty big :)
THE PAGEANT...
ARE YOU FABULOUS ENOUGH?
There are 3 categories that you will compete in. Swimsuit, Evening Gown and TALENT. There is also a final question that you will have to answer.
You need to dress up your Medoll in each of the 3 categries. You can either save it in your album or use sceneries (or both. You can also do screen prints if necessary -list links in comments). On each entry please indicate your name, age and the state or country that you represent.
SWIMSUIT- We are looking for fashion, beauty and creativity. Spice it up a bit. Accessorize!
EVENING GOWN- We are looking for your most glamourous and beautiful creations. Be as unique as you can.
TALENT- Here is where you can really let lose. (Sceneries might be better for this) Show us what your talent is whether it be singing, dancing, playing an instrument, modeling or any other amazing talent that you can express in a picture. You need to state in the album or in comments what your talent is, what song (if any) you are performing to and why.
FINAL QUESTION- After all of your categories are completed. You have the choice of answering one of the 4 final questions listed below. This will qualify for 25% of your final score, so please think about your answer and respond with intelligence and maturity.
1. What is your most redeeming quality? Why?
2. What do you think is the biggest problem facing teens today? Explain.
3. If you could put 3 things in a time capsule what would they be? Why?
4. If you could change anything in the world what would it be? Why?

Final Question: #2) Well, teens actually face MILLIONS of problems each day, even if not many people notice. But the biggest problem for teens is fitting in with everyone. Everyone tries too hard or just follows 'the in crowd', when they should be trying to develop their own style and all. It's actually really sad, since they really have a lot of potential but they are too afraid to say what they think in case they are called 'uncool' or something.

i think the biggest problem facing teens today is DEPRESSION.Since teen are so filled with emotional peaks and pitfalls many adults have a difficult time reognizing what teen are going through. Many also end up suisiding themselves from suffering.That's why i think depression is the main problem facing teens today

Well i think the problem is bullying...it happens to most teenage girls...they think their all that basically...they think they can get their own way now they think their teenagers.
Aswell they are pressured now cause stuff about agencys and being skinny and to model and stuff when really a girl should be concentrating on her work.

ReplyDeleteIf I could put 3 things in a time capsule they would have to be
- my ipod, I can't live without music.
- a teddy bear with angel wings, my great grandmother gave it to me when she thought she was dying, on my birthday, and she told me it would be my gaurdian angel. It was a beanie babie and it came with a small poem which tells you about heaven and the angel above, after she gave it to me she did pass away, and I miss her so much because I was very close to her and used to take care of her in the nursing home. It was fun! Haha, I spent the whole day wheeling around old people just out of goodness and I enjoyed it. But if just 1 teddy bear takes back all those great memories spent with her, I would want to take it with me no matter where I go. (Its close to my heart).
- And hmmm...my diary. So I could find something to read that I have written a long time ago. :) It would be special in a way since it would have been how I thought back then. I would love it.
There is so much more I could put in...but they're the 3 things I would definately put in. x

My talent is buying.I know it may looks stupid but even my mother think that.
My friends usually ask me for advice when they go out shopping,I think I've great taste and I'm very talented for mix&match clothing/accessories and I'd love to be a shopper assistant or fashion buyer.

My talent is basically anything to do with writing. I love english, and hope to incorporate it into my future one day. In the scenery, I have displayed myself interviewing the fabulous Jenna, as interviewing and journalism is something that interests me very much!
Question:
What is your most redeeming quality?
I think my most redeeming quality is being able to understand the emotions of people around me. I try hard not to hurt people, and when I do, I try very hard to put it right. I can sometimes find this frustrating when people do not seem to have the same quality, and do things regardless of how it will affect other people, but by trying to act in way that avoids hurting others, I sort of try to make up for that... I am not saying that I am perfect, everybody makes mistakes and has bad days, but I quite strongly believe in Karma. What goes around comes around, and by making an effort to be nice to other people, I think it can only lead to good things in the future (:
