Skirt OR dress?

Skirt OR Dress? How do you like this Colorful Blue Piece? The tag Reads Over sized dress but this chic number can be worn in many ways. If your a Fudge Girl don't miss out.

    I thought it was interchangeable as well =)

    I'm not really a fan of it, I find it a bit unflattering and not very fashionable. However, I like that it can be either a dress or a skirt.

    Yeah, when I first saw it..I thought it was a skirt and was surprised it said dress,but I didn't buy iyt because I didn't really like it for either. lol

    it says dress & then it was displayted as a skirt. i thought tht was like so weird & i tried it on both ways but dont like it so i diddnt buy it.

    I luv the colour of it and the way it can be a skirt and dress but i dont really like it so I didnt buy it I dunno which way i prefer it!!!
