UPDATE: Looks like these might be gifts for upgrading your susperstar during the month of Feb. I had just used a $10 pre-paid card I had..so that makes sense.

For the people who didn't get it. I think it only works if brought the $10 card at Target, or at a store. I thought the gifts would be a v-day present from stardoll, but again it their way of people spending more.
hi jenna, we user in germany we haven´t the items, too. I have a nice E-mail from Sd and they say we get it and we didn´t. so i think the US User became the ithems and the other not. Thats a big scandal.. plz poste that. thnxs.
