Stardoll has answered you, it's a miracle. Sometimes they always answer with ready-made messages.
You have never received the codes for what??? You get the codes when you call the phone number. It's just that there is no place to redeem them...

It took a month for them to respond to me when my other account was being hacked! :(

Stardoll is crazy sometimes. There better be a good reason for why the phone thing is down. Maybe improving security stuff or something? idk.
