To have this dress you have to go to:

In proxy address bar write:
http://www.stardoll.com/es/contest/view.php?id=609
Press ENTER and log in
Then go to the address bar of your proxy and change the word of VIEW by FINISH ... you click on ENTER, wait for the page loads and you will find the dress on your main room on your suite.
