Question two is sort of a tricky one because technically it could be either Julius Caesar or Marc Antony. Whose to say which one was her greater love? It's not like she wrote an autobiography.
She was with Caesar first, obviously, but they were never married (He was married to Calpurnia I think?). And he was the father, so she said, of her eldest son Caesarion.
I lean more towards Marc Antony in this case just because it is the more famous and romanticized of the two relationships. And she did kill herself after Antony's death although it was probably more because the political tides had turned against her than because she lost her lover. They were also married, although it was an Egyptian wedding probably not recognized in Rome and Antony was already married to Octavia at the time.
Shakespeare's Antony and Cleopatra, besides being on of my all time favorites, is referenced in the third question so it is probably safe to assume that Antony is the answer they are looking for.
