I thought Stardoll would be releasing it for Non-Superstar, too. Stardoll hasn't released at least one hotbuy last two months for Non-SS. It's quite a small bracelet, but it adds that quirky touch to outfits.

I was pretty sure this was gonna be a non-ss. But I guess I should've known stardoll is to greedy for something like that nowadays :O Will buy it when Im ss again.
i hate that it's not for non-ss, but then again i'm thinking that it's so pointless and ugly, that there wouldn't be time to waste on crying =)
